AD Services Real Estate is an administration service for tourist destination apartments.

We started operations in Acapulco, Guerrero in 1995, administrating Villas Golf Diamante 1 and Playa Diamante Torre 1 apartments.

With the growth of Real Estate in the Diamante zone, Ad Services Real Estate grew with the administration of the following apartments.

1998 Torre Bonampak and Villas Xcaret in Acapulco, Guerrero.

1999 Torre Copan, Torre Uxmal and Villas Xel-Ha in Acapulco,
    Guerrero, during this same year we extended our
    administration services to new developments in Nuevo Vallarta,
    Nayarit starting operations in Torre Sayil.

2000 Torre Kabah in Acapulco, Guerrero.

2001 The Torres Tulum and Labna in Acapulco, Guerrero as
    well as Torre Calakmul in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit.

2002 Torre Peten in Acapulco, Guerrero and the Torres
    Balancan and Ixcun in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit.

2003 Torre Tikal in Acapulco, Guerrero.

2005 Torre Edzna in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit.

2006 Mayan Lakes Fase I in Acapulco, Guerrero and Torre
    Seibal in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit.

At this moment we administer a total of 11 properties.
